“How to stop worrying and start living” by Dale Carnegie, Chapter-5: How to eliminate 50% of your business worries?
First, let me ask you a question, do you write your ideas or feelings?
If yes, keep doing it but if you don’t, you should read this blog.
In this chapter, the author explains how a businessman reduces his most of business worries just by instructing his associates to write down the problems, describe them, and suggest solutions before consulting him.
Mere writing down the problems helps the brain to think differently. By writing it down you got it on record too, which might help you in the future.
As Jordan Peterson said, “Writing will make you think clearly”. But not just writing problems can solve them, write possible solutions too.
This simple method has helped me a lot in thinking clearly, by maintaining a journal of my thoughts, experiences, and learnings.
Journaling them allowed me to express my views on paper and sometimes share them on my LinkedIn page and blog.
