your friends. It will just never end.
Once you use Instagram for more than 2 days, you will get
hooked to it and it will become part of life, first thing in the morning you
will open Instagram to get updates,

I don’t, I will download Instagram to just post my photos to keep them on giant servers on Meta Platforms Inc.(Facebook company) for free and just delete them without any consequences. In a nutshell, it's just like google photos to me. I was able to figure out the mechanism, Instagram hires scientists to make their platforms addictive, and it's destroying the youth’s attention span.
Even some studies show neurologically Instagram has the same effect as smoking, one puff equals one reel.
3. Why Escape from this?
You couldn’t change the algorithm of Instagram, just ask yourself, do you want a life full of regrets or full of memories and accomplishments? These billionaires are living comfortably by hooking us to their addictive apps and would you be able to live as a product to a company or escape and make your life worth living?
4. Escaping route!
Escaping is simple, just delete the app for just 21 days,
first 5 days will be the hardest but after 10 days you will be having full
control of your life, don’t forget to add good habits like reading books or
just watching biographies of great minds.
This will help you to get out of the rut that is destroying
your life!
