Nowadays, when we say struggle and difficulties. It seems such a negative word, the word that most people avoid.
We all struggle with breaking bad habits or struggling with relationships and careers.
But what if I tell you that life has meaning, only when you
struggle!
There is a concept of brain plasticity where
your brain adapts to environment around it.
It’s a simple equation, if you do a lot of maths, your brain
will adapt, changes itself, and will make you better at maths.
Imagine a life without struggle and only pleasures, all the delicious food, sexual pleasures without responsibilities, and all enjoyment without working for it. That won’t make your brain uncomfortable in cooking food or taking care of loved ones. This will make you careless and weak. Your brain will shrink as you are not using it at good capacity.
Forget this imagination!
We always tend to be on the safer side, but it will make us dumb and weak. A father will never want his son to fail, so he decided to guide him at every step of life. But this will lead the son to stop making decisions for himself, I mean it's your responsibility to focus on your career, break bad habits, marry and start a family.
Once your dad or someone else started deciding about your
life's key decisions, you will make your brain unable to solve these kinds of
problems in the future.
Scientifically, a little stress is good for our brain as it keeps us going.
“If you want your
enemy to fail, start taking responsibility for him by becoming a friend and let
him take rest, after 21 days leave him”
